[h2]£2000 prize up for grabs for Staffordshire Artists[/h2]
A stately opportunity is on offer for Staffordshire artists to exhibit their work at a prestigious exhibition in the stunning surroundings of Weston Park.
The Granary Art Gallery at the historic home holds already hold monthly exhibits of works from a range of international artists.
This August (2013) the gallery will be home to the Weston Park Fine Art Open Competition to offer new talent, from all over the UK valuable public exposure.
There are various categories for the entries, including an under 16s
Shortlisted entries will go on show in August, and the wining artist of the main prize will get £2000 in prize money.

All entries to the Weston Park National Fine Art Open must be submitted before Friday 28th June 2013 – shortlisted work will be showcased in the exhibition throughout August
Main Prize: £2,000
Shropshire / Staffordshire: £500 generously supported by Halls
People’s Prize: £200 worth of framing generously supported by Kingswood Frames
Junior Prize (under 16 category) a selection of high quality art materials from Studiocraft
