Set up in 2013, the Dee Gees club is a perfect way of introducing young people to theatre. With a varied programme of dance, music and drama we’re looking for an experienced practitioner to lead these classes. Experience of working with young people of all abilities ranging from ages 3 to 12 is essential. Applicants must be flexible, be available to work during term time, have their own transport and a valid DBS.

Technical Theatre Apprentice
Working as part of our technical team, you will have the opportunities to learn the basics of lighting, sound and stage management. Safe working practices are imperative and so you will be shown how to use stage equipment and the health and safety regulations which affect back stage operations. We need a practical person, with an enquiring mind and an ability to get on with people. You will probably have been involved with amateur theatre at school or with a local society and understand what a skilled technical crew can bring to a production. You will have the chance to work on both our own productions and visiting companies and you will have a great technical team, each with their own specialisms, to work with.
